This request seeks information as follows: Your request sought: "Records pertaining to the Meath Climate Action Strategy (June 2018) specifically status reports, progress updates or other records that provide information as to the progress or completeness of the actions." I am the Officer duly authorised to adjudicate on your request. I made a decision on your request on the 13th May 2021. I wish to advise that I have granted your request. The purpose of this letter is to explain that decision. This explanation has the following parts: 1. A schedule of all of the records covered by your request. 2. Appendix 1 3. A statement of how you can appeal this decision should you wish to do so. Rights of appeal In the event that you are unhappy with this decision you may appeal it and you can do so by writing to the Freedom of Information Appeals Officer, Corporate Services Department, Meath County Council, Buvinda House, Dublin Road, Navan, Co. Meath. ClS Y291. Your correspondence should include a fee of €30 for processing the appeal. (€10 for medical card holders) Payment should be made by way of bank draft, money order, postal order or personal cheque made payable to Meath County Council. You should make your appeal within 4 weeks from the date of this notification, where a week is defined as 5 working days excluding, the weekend and public holidays. However, the making of a late appeal may be permitted in appropriate circumstances. The appeal will involve a complete reconsideration of the matter by a more senior member of the staff of this body.
