In accordance with Section 12 of the Freedom of Information Act, I request access to records relating to the following planned transportation schemes: The N51 Park and Ride Scheme - reference https://consult.meath.ie/ga/consultatio…. The Athlumney-Trim Road Cycle Scheme - reference https://consult.meath.ie/ga/consultatio…. I understand that Meath County Council are the body responsible for these schemes, and have published a number of documents. However, I believe that there may be other records within your organisation relating to these schemes - including, but not limited to, safety audits.

The decision maker, Ms Tara Spain, has decided to part grant your request and I have, accordingly, attached copies of relevant records held by Transport Infrastructure Ireland in connection with Item No. 1 of your request, together with a schedule of records concerned. In relation to item No. 2, 'Athlumney-Trim Road Cycle Scheme' the decision maker, cannot accede to this item of your request as the records sought do not exist. Therefore, this item of your request has, accordingly, been refused under section 15(1) of the Act which provides as follows: 'A head to whom an FOI request is made may refuse to grant the request where – the record concerned does not exist or cannot be found after all reasonable steps to ascertain its whereabouts have been taken'
